What We’re Looking For
  • A Family Lawyer with at least 5 years PAE with confidence managing complex parenting, property and financial settlements, and financial agreements, with experience (or interest in developing their experience) in appearing before the court. 
  • Someone who’s ready to hit the ground running with a strong file load and is excited to work on challenging, interesting matters.
  • An Accredited Specialist in family law, or you are aspiring to sit for Specialist Accreditation and if that’s you, we’ll support you to achieve it with provision for extra study leave and pay for the associated costs.
  • A true team player who values collaboration, mentoring, and being mentored.

Senior Legal Assistant / Senior Paralegal

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join our award-winning team at Nicholls Anzani Family Lawyers, where you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to our legal professionals, ensuring the smooth running of our matters and our practice.

What We’re Looking For
  • A Senior Legal Assistant / Senior Paralegal with at least 2 years’ experience. Previous experience in Family Law and/or working with the court system is preferred.  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail, together with strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LEAP, with the ability to type at a high speed is preferred.
